The 1 thing good about the film is that Jennifer gets her revenge on the men who sexually assault her. The prolonged sexual scene is extremely hard to watch.

The remake has an awful script, mediocre direction and acting -- but good and creative special effects/deaths. 1978 is a good movie, and a powerful movie. 2010 is a bad but highly entertaining movie. So it depends what you're looking for with the film.
